A: Our products are either shipped direct to our customers or forwarded to their customers for assembly or additional processing. We pickup and deliver to local customers.

Q: What is your turn-around timing?
A: Our typical turn-around time is 48 to 72 hours, but we understand that customers often require a shorter turn-around and will work with our customers to meet their deadlines.
   
Q: What is the difference between Nickel Chrome and Chrome Flash?
A: Chrome Flash is a thin layer of chrome to prevent the stainless substrate from oxidizing and yellowing over time. Nickel-chrome provides 3 layers of Nickel, 1 for adhesion, 1 for luster/shine, and 1 for corrosion protection. Nickel will appear much more reflective than Chrome Flash.
